1. Who we are and what we do

This website, vegasrestorationpros.com, is owned and operated by lasvegasrestoration ("the site," "we," "us"). The site provides general information about water damage, fire and smoke damage, biohazard cleanup and mold restoration, and it operates a phone line that connects callers with independent restoration specialists in the Las Vegas valley.

We are not a restoration specialist. We do not perform restoration work, employ the technicians who do, or set the prices they charge.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the site or calling the phone number on it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or call the number.

3. The connection service

  • Independent specialists. Every specialist reached through this line is independent. We do not control their work, schedules, prices or conduct.
  • No guarantee. We do not warrant or guarantee any work a specialist performs. We do not guarantee that a specialist will be available, will answer, will reach your property by any time, or will accept your job.
  • Coverage. The line covers the ZIP codes listed on the area pages. Coverage can change, and a listed ZIP code does not guarantee that a specialist can take your call.
  • Your agreement is with the specialist. Any agreement for work, including its price, scope, schedule and payment terms, is between you and the specialist. We are not a party to it.
  • Fees. We do not charge you a fee for using the phone line. The specialist sets and charges the price for its work.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Verify the specialist. It is your responsibility to verify that the specialist you hire has the license and insurance required for the work. Nevada specialists are regulated by the Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB). Look up the license number yourself and ask for proof of insurance.
  • Approve the scope of work. Review the specialist's scope of work and price before you approve it.
  • Be accurate. Give accurate information when you call, including your ZIP code and a description of the problem.
  • Lawful use. Use the line only for genuine requests for service, not for unwanted calls, harassment, testing or abuse.

5. Emergencies

The phone line is not an emergency service. For a fire, a medical emergency, a gas smell, an electrical hazard or any immediate danger, call 911 first. We do not promise any response time.

6. Information on the site

The pages on this site are general information. They are not professional, legal, insurance, engineering or medical advice, and they cannot assess your property. A qualified specialist who inspects the damage decides what your home needs. We try to keep the information accurate and cite published sources, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current.

7. Call recording and communications

Calls to the number on this site may be recorded and monitored, and recordings may be shared with the specialist who takes your call. A recorded message at the start of the call tells you this. By continuing the call, you consent to recording. This site does not make outbound sales calls or send marketing texts. Specialists may contact you about your request, under their own policies.

8. Third-party links and content

The site links to outside sources such as the EPA, NOAA, the IICRC and the NSCB. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites or their content.

9. Intellectual property

The text, design, logo and layout of the site belong to lasvegasrestoration or are used with permission. You may view the site for your own use. You may not copy, republish, scrape or resell the content without written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners, and using them on this site does not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the phone line are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. This includes warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of property, profits, data or use, arising from your use of the site or phone line, or from any work performed by a specialist. Where the law does not allow a limit, our total liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or phone line, or your violation of these terms or the law, to the extent the law allows.

13. Changes and termination

We may change these terms, the site or the phone line, or stop any of them, at any time. The last updated date shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is to be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
