Who we are

This website, vegasrestorationpros.com, is owned and operated by lasvegasrestoration, based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA ("the site," "we," "us"). The site provides information about water damage, fire and smoke damage, biohazard cleanup and mold restoration in the Las Vegas valley, and it operates a phone line that connects callers with independent restoration specialists. We are not a restoration specialist.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or call the phone number shown on it, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us when you call. When you call the number on this site, we and our call-handling providers may collect your phone number, the time and length of the call, your ZIP code, a description of your situation (such as the water source and rooms affected), your name and address if you give them, and a recording of the call.

Information from your visit. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, the page you came from, the approximate location (city or region) derived from your IP address, and the time and length of your visit.

Cookies and similar technologies. The site may use cookies, and call-tracking scripts that show a different phone number on some pages to measure which pages lead to calls. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the site's pages will still work.

The site does not have a contact form that collects your details, we do not ask for payment information, and we do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers or financial account numbers.

How we use information

  • connect your call with an independent restoration specialist who covers your ZIP code
  • operate, secure and improve the site and the phone line
  • measure which pages and search results lead to calls
  • check that calls are genuine and handled properly
  • respond to your questions and requests
  • comply with law and protect our rights

Call recording

Calls to the number on this site may be recorded and monitored for quality, verification and record-keeping, and recordings may be shared with the specialist who takes your call. A recorded message at the start of the call tells you this. If you do not want your call recorded, tell the person who answers and end the call.

Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the service:

  • Independent specialists. To connect you, we share your phone number, ZIP code and the description of your situation with the specialist who takes the call. Specialists are independent and have their own privacy practices.
  • Service providers. Companies that provide call tracking, call routing, call recording, hosting, analytics and security. They may process information only to provide their services to us.
  • Lead-network partners. The network that supplies the specialists may receive call details, such as the number, time, duration and ZIP code, to confirm and measure the call.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, court order or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, safety or property of others.

We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. We do not use your call recording to build a marketing profile of you. We do not share your information for third-party advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep call records and recordings only as long as needed to handle your call and any follow-up, and website analytics data only as long as needed to run the site, unless the law requires longer. After that, we delete or anonymize them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by calling (702) 602-9825. Give the phone number you called from and the approximate date of the call so we can find it. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify that the request comes from you.

Nevada residents may submit a request to opt out of the sale of their covered personal information under Nevada law (NRS 603A). We do not sell covered information, but you may still send a request by calling the number above, and we will respond.

If you are in a place where other laws apply, such as California, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests as the law requires.

To stop receiving calls or texts from a specialist, tell the specialist directly. This site does not make outbound calls or send marketing texts.

Children

The site and phone line are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including secure hosting and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party links

The site links to outside sources such as the EPA, NOAA, the IICRC and the Nevada State Contractors Board. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The last updated date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
